Ark there is already a player with this account connected

The PVE Ragnarok server suddenly restart at 9pm UK time and then my game auto updated to 272.3.

I tried to join when the server came back up but it crashed and now when I try and join it keeps saying: There is already a player with this account connected.

Could someone help please?

I was on the ground with my griffin when the server crashed and would like to avoid loosing it while I cannot join
