Once I "sell" a tank, to speak the medium II, and buy a medium III, not just am i refunded a little amount that credit, yet I"ve shed all mine crew mastery, and have to start fresh? (Or deserve to I use one more tank -- light my light Vic -- to train medium tank skills?) Am i doing something wrong? I"d think if I offered a maxed the end tank, like my irradiate Vic, I must receive tens of hundreds of credits.

Crew Mastery is for that specific tank only. Helpful because it rises some stats on your tank.

Crew an abilities are for all tanks. You can train light tank skills in irradiate tanks, medium tank skills in medium tanks, etc,.

Crew mastery (upper left % numbers) is just how much her crew performs to par. This effects reload, aim time, max accuracy, watch range, and driver responsiveness.
