Cotto (40-5, 33 KOs) hasn"t fought since November 2015, when he lost the middleweight belt to Canelo Alvarez, who later vacated the title to face Gennady Golovkin on Sept. 16. The four-division world champion plans on retiring at the end of the year, and wants to go out a champion.

Kamegai (27-3-2, 24 KOs) earned this opportunity when he picked up the biggest win of his career last September when he retired Jesus Soto Karass. He has a tough, gritty, in-your-face style that could give 36-year-old Cotto trouble since he has been off for so long.

Can Cotto shake off the rust and thwart Kamegai? Or does Kamegai impose his will long enough to tire Cotto? Here"s everything you need to know about the fight.
